Meet Greg Fulford

Greg started his career in 2003 as a real estate agent, and has been recognized as a Top Producer in San Francisco for each year since 2006. Most recently, Greg was recognized by the prestigious Wall Street Journal Real Trends list as one of the top 250 agents in the country. Greg closed over 34 transactions and more than $107M in sales for 2021 alone, and has closed over 600 transactions and $700M in sales for his career. Greg has a wealth of experience representing both buyers and sellers in many types of transactions including new construction/renovation development, single family home & condominium resales, and TIC projects and sales.

Greg’s experience, knowledge, attitude, and commitment to his clients have earned him an impeccable reputation throughout the real estate community. Greg is highly focused on providing the highest level of service for each client, and to aggressively achieve the best price possible in each transaction. Greg has integrity, a strong work ethic, excellent knowledge of the dynamic San Francisco market, and is a strong negotiator. Greg is energetic, enthusiastic, and is truly passionate about San Francisco Real Estate. As a result, Greg currently holds several San Francisco Real Estate sales records. In 2010, Greg started The Fulford Group, a real estate team created to better serve his clients’ real estate needs.

Greg grew up in the Bay Area on the Peninsula and has lived in San Francisco since 1995. He received a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado, at Boulder, and started his career in technology working for Cisco Systems in the mid 90s. Greg had been drawn to real estate his whole life and knew that eventually he would move from technology over to real estate. In 2003 Greg made that move in to real estate and has never looked back. Greg’s true passion for real estate has allowed him to be very involved in the Real Estate community. Greg was just recently selected to the San Francisco Real Estate Round Table, and Greg is a member of the San Francisco Top Agent Network (TAN). Greg is also an active member of the Residential Builders Association (RBA), Luxury Real Estate.com, National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR). When Greg has free time he enjoys spending it with his wife and family, enjoys travelling, snowboarding, movies, and playing golf.

Meet Brian Furstman

Brian Furstman provides his clients with a friendly and caring approach while protecting their best interests and investments. Brian is a third-generation Bay Area real estate professional, with over ten years of experience, and a senior member of the Fulford Group. He has closed more than $400 million worth of real estate sales and offers his clients a vast wealth of San Francisco market knowledge and experience. Brian is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to every client and strives to make the process as smooth as possible.

Energetic, knowledgeable, and personable, Brian delivers a customize approach for each client using an array of acquired skills and professional relationships. Specializing in luxury residential properties, Brian’s skills range from advanced marketing and negotiating, to project management. He understands firsthand how stressful the process of buying or selling can be and helps his clients with direct communication and experience to make their life easier. Brian’s real estate passion and experience is coupled with a degree from Chapman University where he learned conflict resolution, negotiating, and public speaking. When not working, Brian enjoys an active lifestyle of golf, exercise, and skiing. Brian also loves exploring the great restaurants of San Francisco and Wine Country. He is also obsessed with perfecting new recipes in the kitchen.

Meet Julia Galloway

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​When working with Julia, you can expect high energy, streamlined communication, creative problem-solving, and an optimistic demeanor. Julia has very successfully dealt with a variety of properties and understands the complexities involved in the buying and selling process.

Julia is a Bay Area native, having been born and raised in San Ramon. After attending Chapman University and graduating in only 3.5 years with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she moved back to the Bay Area. Joining the Fulford Real Estate Group has allowed Julia the opportunity to utilize and strengthen her valuable skills in project management, operations, marketing and client services.

When not working, Julia enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, picnics and playing sports. She also loves exploring all that San Francisco has to offer.

Meet Jeffrey Gibson

​​​​​​​Real estate lawyer and licensed broker Jeffrey Gibson is the Brokerage Manager of the Sotheby’s International Realty - San Francisco office. Jeff has 25 years of experience practicing law, including 15 years as a partner with the San Francisco firm Goldstein Gellman Melbostad Gibson & Harris, LLP, specializing in real estate as well as construction, employment matters and family law. Since 1996, he has provided outside legal counsel for Sotheby’s International Realty’s operations and has worked closely with the San Francisco, Wine Country and Carmel offices and the company’s corporate counsel in New York on various litigation and transactional matters.
 
Jeff’s depth of experience, combined with his ability to foster collaboration among the agents, has transformed the brokerages he manages and has led to a series of extraordinary results, including being the number one office for sales volume within the Sotheby’s International Realty U.S. network in both 2015 and 2016. As agent Gloria Smith notes, “I joined Sotheby’s International Realty because of the strong global brand, but have come to love working at this office due to Jeff’s unique combination of honesty, fairness, approachability and intelligence.”
 
As a non-competing manager, Jeff’s primary focus is supporting his agents. Through his expert advice and strong leadership, he has established a professional atmosphere where top-producing agents can flourish. For many, Jeff also acts as an invaluable mentor, helping to grow their business to new levels. Jeff grew up with a real estate agent mother. He earned a B.A. from the University of Texas, Austin, and a J.D. from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. He served as an adjunct professor of law at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. He has also served for three years on the Board of Directors of the AIDS Legal Referral Panel. From 1995 to 2010, he served in multiple leadership roles within the American Bar Association (ABA), and in 2000 was appointed by the president of the ABA to serve on its Unmet Needs of Children Committee. Jeff currently sits on the board of the California Pacific Medical Center Foundation.

Meet Tom Hertenstein

Tom Hertenstein is the Director of Northern California Marketing and National Digital User Experience for Sotheby’s International Realty, where he leads all marketing activities for the San Francisco Bay Area, Wine Country and Monterey/Carmel. Overseeing transactions valued at more than $5 billion, Tom is responsible for developing and enhancing internal marketing platforms, building and implementing marketing plans for hundreds of listings per year, and partnering with the Sotheby’s auction house to leverage opportunities for national and global exposure.
 
Tom previously served as the United States Director of Marketing for Bonhams Auctioneers (formerly Bonhams & Butterfields), where he managed a successful in-house agency providing strategy, media buying, production and analytics for more than two hundred auctions every year. In addition to completely overhauling the company's system of customized business-getting proposals, which directly led to consignments of more than $100 million, Tom handled all marketing for historic auction items such as the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO that sold for $38 million, setting a world record for the most expensive car ever sold at auction.

Tom graduated from Stanford University, where he majored in economics and art history.
